Authenticity at Work - Being a Black Professional at Wayfair

Turn up your Tuesday, 10/19, to learn more about Wayfair’s opportunities, culture, and how you can find your home at Wayfair! Wayfair’s Employee Resource Groups (ERG), such as WayBlack, are an integral part of Wayfair’s culture. Come hear from a panel of WayBlack members on their roles and experiences at Wayfair.

Following the panel discussion, you will also have the opportunity to hear from Sheena Collier, the founder of Boston While Black. Wayfair is proud to be a founding partner of Boston While Black so all Wayfairians can become members of this community. Sheena will share her story as to why she created Boston While Black (BWB) and highlight BWB's mission, community, and events!

This event is being hosted by Wayfair's Campus Recruiting team and is geared to students who would like to learn more about our campus opportunities. We look forward to meeting you!

All event attendees will have a chance to win a Wayfair gift card!
