This update brings several UI enhancements and important fixes, including:
An enhanced sign-out process that prompts for unsaved changes, reducing the risk of data loss from user oversight.
Resolves a visual glitch when creating new tables on iPad.
Enhanced permissions for users with limited access.
Consistent guest activity modals.
The import process now supports multiple guest lists. You can use a comma delimiter in the CSV file (e.g., “VIP, Media”) to assign guests to multiple lists, and the system will automatically tag them during the import.
Additionally, the custom segments feature now allows you to filter and return guests based on multiple guest list tags for more precise segmentation.
Email reports now feature an improved layout with new columns for soft and hard bounces. These columns are also included when exporting csv reports.
Significant translation improvements are now available, allowing customization of additional terminology options:
Directional language and help text in email invitations to ensure button links function across all email clients, support screen readers, and provide transparency for security.
Language selection for “Add to Calendar” and “Add to Apple Wallet” badges.
Customization of the “Edited” and “Submitted” labels on all registration pages.
Translation support for plus-one headers.
All of these options are available in the Guest Portal > Terminology section.
