Several fixes have been made to the Email Preview and Test Email features.

We are excited to announce the addition of Point of Sale (POS) functionality to our app. This update transforms your device into a fully functional POS station, enabling you to:

• Process credit card transactions

• Accept cash and other forms of payment

• Send email receipts instantly and on-site

Experience seamless and efficient payment processing with this new feature.

Several significant improvements have been made to the Email section to enhance functionality and usability:

• Email Preview in Main View: Both draft and sent email previews are now visible directly in the main view, facilitating the search for specific emails, particularly when managing a large volume.

• Simplified Buttons and Dropdowns: The buttons and dropdown menus have been streamlined for a more intuitive interface.

• Enhanced User Interface: Various UI improvements have been implemented to make the Email section more user-friendly.

Both the Form and Email Builders now support drag and drop functionality! You can easily view all available content blocks in the right sidebar and simply drag your desired content block onto the canvas to add it. This enhancement makes our builders more modern and user-friendly, providing a seamless and intuitive experience for creating your forms and emails.

We're rolling out three significant updates to our Forms functionality, designed to enhance the user experience and streamline your workflows:

1. External Embedding of Public Forms: You can now embed any public form directly onto your website. This new feature allows your guests to register for events without leaving your site, providing a seamless, mobile-friendly experience. All submissions are processed securely through Diobox’s backend platform, ensuring data safety and integrity.

2. Enhanced Form Editing UI: We've improved the form editing interface, making it more intuitive and user-friendly. A new dedicated Edit button has also been added for quick access to the Form Builder.

3. Improved Email Validation: To ensure your emails are always connected to valid forms, we’ve implemented additional safeguards. You will now receive alerts if an email is linked to a disabled or deleted form, guaranteeing that emails are always sent with valid forms.

• Smart Reminder Enhancements: Now includes email engagement tracking for opens, clicks, and bounces.

• Email Builder Checks: Additional checks to ensure connected forms are enabled, preventing emails with unavailable forms from being sent.

• Dashboard Improvements: Various styling enhancements for a better user experience.

• Export Options: New “Form Submissions” option included.

• Event Cloning Fix: Resolved an issue with cloning events that contain custom questions.

• Guest Export Fixes: Fixed issues with exporting guests who have bounced emails.

• Introduces real-time filtering in Arrival Mode, allowing simultaneous filtering by Session, Guest List, and Team Member for enhanced check-in reporting.

• General performance improvements.

• Question Editing Improvements: New question type icons and improved styling.

• Image Scaling: Images can now be scaled with a slider for easier management in forms and emails.

• Updated Image Placeholder: Improved image placeholder in the Form Preview.

• Stripe Integration Fix: Resolved a rare issue where users could not connect to their Stripe account to sell tickets.

General improvements and bug fixes.

Within days of releasing the Guest Portal, we've made several improvements and bug fixes, including:

• Mobile Receipts: Major styling enhancements for better mobile viewing.

• Plus-One Registrations: Email addresses are now optional.

• RSVP Confirmations: Improved spacing and alignment to ensure checkboxes fit on one line.

• Public Seating Pages: Public seating pages are now available on the Guest Portal.
