RSVP forms now support additional customization for plus-one fields. You can choose which fields to include for additional guests and which should be required. For example, you can collect only a Name, include both Name and Email, or disable both fields entirely. When both fields are disabled, guests can simply select the number of plus-ones, and placeholder plus-one records will be created automatically.

Version 6.18 includes the following new features and improvements:
Guests can now opt in to WhatsApp directly through existing registration forms. Simply enable the “WhatsApp Opt-In” field on your form to collect consent alongside guest phone numbers, allowing messages to be sent without requiring a separate WhatsApp opt-in request first.
Several improvements have been made to the WhatsApp messaging experience to improve usability and message handling.
Fixed a bug that caused adding an individual guest in certain scenarios, such as from within a Guest List, to incorrectly navigate back to the main event page.
Diobox now includes fully integrated WhatsApp messaging for event communication, alongside existing SMS messaging workflows.
Organizers can now send invitations, reminders, confirmations, QR codes, guest instructions, updates, and other event communication directly through WhatsApp using Meta-approved messaging templates built specifically for events.
The new WhatsApp messaging system was designed from the ground up around real event workflows.
Diobox now includes a large library of pre-approved WhatsApp templates that can be used immediately without waiting for Meta approval. Templates are organized by category and use case, making it easy to prepare guest communication for every stage of an event.
We also built an entirely new WhatsApp Message Editor designed specifically for preparing Meta-compliant WhatsApp messages.
The editor allows organizers to personalize approved templates using guest fields, event information, registration forms, QR codes, links, and dynamic content while remaining compliant with WhatsApp messaging requirements.
Diobox now automatically manages the WhatsApp opt-in process in the background.
If a guest has not previously approved WhatsApp communication, Diobox can automatically send an opt-in request before delivering the original message. Once approved, the original WhatsApp message is sent automatically.
This entire process happens seamlessly without requiring organizers to manually track approvals or resend messages.
To maximize delivery rates, Diobox also introduces automatic WhatsApp Fallback to SMS.
If a WhatsApp message cannot be delivered due to unsupported phone numbers, regional restrictions, or Meta delivery limitations, Diobox can automatically resend the same communication as an SMS message.
SMS and WhatsApp messaging now work together as part of a single communication workflow inside Diobox.
