Uploaded images are now automatically optimized to ensure faster load times, smaller email sizes, and consistent quality across devices. The optimization happens instantly on upload, so even the preview in the editor reflects the optimized version. This improves deliverability and keeps campaigns looking sharp without requiring any extra steps from users.

Emails and SMS messages can now be targeted to guests who submitted a specific form. A new form targeting option is available in the Recipients section of both Emails and Texts.

Form-specific email responders now include an option to disable automated emails. This provides flexibility to send customized emails manually instead of using the default responder.
The setting can be configured in the Form Attributes under Email Confirmation for this Form.

The QR Code scanner improves support for multitasking on iPadOS.
This feature is supported on iPad Pro (3rd and 4th generation) and all iPads with M2 or later. The update also ensures compatibility with the multitasking features in the upcoming version of iOS.

The guest profile now includes a Guest Links option, displaying all public Guest Portals along with guest-specific RSVP and survey links. These links can be shared directly with the guest or used on their behalf to take actions such as editing their forms.
Several enhancements and fixes have been applied across the Guest Portal Editor to improve stability and overall user experience.

A new editor is now available for the Guest Portal, providing a simplified way to manage customization options. On the Forms page, a new Style & Configuration section has been added, giving access to all customization features. By default, you will land on the Preview page, where you can view the entire portal and click directly on any section to edit it.

The QR Scanner now features a completely revamped UI with a split-screen layout. Recent scans are displayed alongside the scanner, allowing check-in staff to monitor activity without leaving the scanning mode. Each scan includes detailed guest information such as confirmation status, plus-ones, guest lists, and seating assignments. All scan activity is handled locally, so the interface is not affected by check-ins from other devices. Additionally, scan receipts now include error messages and duplicate scan indicators to support better error tracking.
