Event-Wide Capacity Limit for Confirmed Guests
Organizers can now set a single limit for Confirmed guests that applies across all Registration Forms for an event. When the event reaches capacity, registration closes automatically.
To set it, go to Forms and click + Set Capacity.
Key features:
- Counts every Confirmed guest, including plus-ones and guests added manually.
- Closes all registration forms when the limit is reached, except Waitlists, and reopens them if spots become available.
- Shows guests a clear message, which you can change in Language Templates.
